Our
prophouse and
archive has only original objects of
history with a weight on
social history and
technical developement of the 19th and 20th century..
Within this field we have special interest
in air and space exploring, the
German post WW2 period and in
old personal documents.
Alltogether, our prophouse ows more than 40.000 items. Some
very rare and unusual. Around 14.000 of them are allready described on our homepage.
Others we may find in short time due to our long existing contacts.
In our
workshops Produktion we can handle all kind of materials.
We hold an complete museums exibition
on the German post WW2 period consisting of around 2000 objekts and documents. It shows many social aspect of the German post WW2 life such as War end, Prisoners of War, following of Jews and its consequences, conversation of war trash, rationing, black market, currency reformation and many other stations. All groups consitis of big life-like installations with show window puppets in clothes of that time and up to some hundred original objecs. You will need at least 400qm for a reduced exebition, better around 1000qm.
